Becky Vaughn-Masters is a proud stay-at-home mom of two and the founder of My Event Nanny, specializing in event babysitting. Becky is CPR and first aid certified, professionally insured, and volunteers regularly at the Early Learning Center in Grants Pass, where she supports early childhood development through hands-on play. Passionate about STEAM learning, imaginative storytelling, and sensory-rich activities, Becky helps children feel calm, curious, and cared for. With her gentle, playful approach and real-life mom experience, Becky offers trustworthy on-location childcare for your special occasion, allowing you to relax knowing your little ones are safe, happy, and close by.

Care Services

Direct Care

Before the celebration, we’ll connect for a consultation call to learn your family’s routines and care preferences. During the event, children enjoy calming, open-ended play and cozy story time. Direct Care is available for ages 0+ during standard (8 AM–6 PM) and evening (6 PM–10 PM) hours. Each nanny brings a safety and comfort kit stocked with first aid essentials, pediatric CPR masks, Naloxone, and fire blankets. Care ratios range from 1:1 to 1:3, depending on age and care needs.

A La Carte - 4 Hour Minimum

Designed for infants, toddlers, or children who require a higher level of individualized care throughout the event. This is a good option for families with young babies or multiple siblings who desire a single point of contact during care. Each nanny provides care for up to three siblings, so your little ones receive focused attention from start to finish. Caregivers follow each child’s familiar rhythm, providing routine updates to parents so they can relax and fully enjoy the celebration. 

Joyful Hours Package - 4 Hours

Ideal for receptions, dinners, or flexible mid-event care, this package provides up to four hours of dedicated care between 8 AM - 10 PM.  Each child receives a small gift as a keepsake from their special day. Apple AirTags are used during event for added peace of mind.

Play Space Chaperone

A friendly, watchful babysitter is stationed at a designated play area, creating a safe, welcoming space for children to explore and socialize. Parents stay nearby to assist with individual needs such as bathroom breaks. Think of it as a lifeguard for play—offering gentle guidance and consistent oversight without replacing parental care. Chaperone services are available for ages 4+ during standard (8 AM–6 PM) and evening (6 PM–10 PM) hours. Care ratios are 1:5.

A La Carte - 4 Hour Minimum

Designed for independent children who thrive with creative, structured play. Children enjoy a guided, age-appropriate craft (customized for your event), plus games and stories to keep the fun lively. Caregivers also provide general oversight during meal times with parent-provided food and drinks. Up to 15 children per event with a 1:5 care ratio.

The Classic Package - 4 Hours

Ideal for events with multiple participating families with, this package provides up tofour hours of dedicated care between 8 AM - 10 PM. Each child receives a small gift as a keepsake from their special day. Apple AirTags are used during event for added peace of mind.

Healthy Snacks & Beverages

Our typical event snack packs include bottled water, Mott’s reduced-sugar apple juice, fresh fruit, string cheese, Archer grass-fed beef sticks, and Nature’s Bakery fig or granola bars. Have special dietary needs or a picky eater? Just let us know — we’re happy to customize snacks to suit your child’s preferences.

Extended Evening Support

Is your event running late? We offer extended evening care from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM, including full bedtime support: changing into pajamas, a final snack, and brushing teeth and hair, ensuring little ones wind down comfortably while parents enjoy the evening. 


Pop-up Playscapes

Families and event hosts who want to create a magical, kid-friendly space that encourages imaginative play and exploration. Ideal for children ages 3 and up, Playscapes engage small groups with Montessori-inspired toys, sensory experiences, and creative setups. Perfect for both indoor and outdoor events, and adaptable to your venue and theme. All Playscapes includes delivery, 4 hours of playtime, set up, and tear down.

Sensory Seekers

$200+

A crowd favorite for a range of ages, this engaging activity station is perfect for indoor and outdoor events. It features a 4x2x1 galvanized tub filled with digging supplies, treasures, and themed toys. A 5x7 rectangular turf rug grounds the space, and an optional shade umbrella is available. This play space is best suited for ages 3+ as it contains small items. 

Farm Stand

$200+

Children engage in pretend play as they 'harvest' realistic faux produce to sell at a quaint farm stand. The play zone is grounded by a circulation jute rug—an optional turf rug and shade umbrella are available. Wood bowls, baskets, canvas shopping totes, themed art, and faux plants enhance the immersive play experience. Best suited for spaces with level ground.

Dress Up

$200+

Superheroes, wizards, princesses, blue-collar workers, and more—your event will be filled with interesting and magical attendees. Costumes and accessories allow littles to explore new worlds as they try on different hats, silly glasses, and masks. The playscape is grounded by a circulation jute rug, with an optional turf rug and shade umbrella available. Additional decor items include large faux plants and a woven hamper for quick cleanups in between costume changes. 

Home Base

$300+

Create a safe, engaging, and memorable space for young guests at your event. Our package includes four fully stocked activity boxes with coloring books, games, stuffed animals, and play dough. For outdoor gatherings, we provide essentials like a mini first aid kit, sunscreen, citronella bracelets, and instant cold packs. A circular jute rug and four metal benches define the play area, while an 8' gold arch, bunting, canvas signs, and faux greenery add a special, whimsical touch. 

Please note: Prices for our services are subject to change and will be confirmed at the time of booking. Custom quotes may apply for events outside the standard service area. Standard care hours are from 8AM-6PM, evening care and overnight care may be available for an additional fee.
